When was the last time you really felt rested?


Goals, plans, deadlines are important, but what's at the core of all those things is you. If you constantly overload yourself and not tend to your rest and well-being burnout may catch up with you sooner or later.


It is important to invest in ourselves, before we can invest in anything else. That said, sleep or exercise are not the only ways you can recharge yourself.
